Since 1985, Pentaèdre has been exploring diverse, original and daring chamber music repertoire. Composed of five musicians whose talent and technique create a rich homogeneous sonority, Pentaèdre has developed many projects involving artistic collaborations or multi media. Their show with the OMNIBUS mime company, marionettes creations for young audiences or movie presentations with silent film pianist Gabriel Thibaudeau, are just a few that demonstrate their versatility. Pentaèdre will offer some truly wonderful programs this season, including a special program of Poulenc/Ravel/Stravinsky concert with special guest, pianist David Jalbert. This program has been met with standing ovations everywhere it has been performed.
